Every night I have a ritual, I Check my etsy shop, my face book page, e-mail(s) and then my blog. If I have time, I start going down the list and I check on what's new and I really like looking at design blogs to get ideas for decorating my house - but tonight they didn't intrest me and I found myself checking out one of my favorite blogs, Nienie. I usually can't read it because I cry each and every time, you see a few months back she and her husband were in a plane crash where she was burned very badly. She's been in and out of the hospital for surgery and is in a great deal of pain and I can't help putting myself in her situation as a Mother, daughter, sister, friend and wife. Tonight though her post put everything back into perspective for me, you might read it and not think much of it but for me it was simply powerful.

I started reading Nienie a year before her crash. Stephanie just has an amazing way with words and pictures. I love her positive messages. Mother hood is hard but she makes every moment seem so enjoyable. When I first heard about her crash, I was devastated and waited and prayed for her recovery. Can you believe how wonderful her posts still are!?! I don't think I would be able to continue as she has. She is AMAZING!! It really makes you grateful and appreciative for all you have big or small!
